 Still raining at yesterday's observation time of 8:00AM. Light to moderate rain continued until 9:00AM A few sprinkles at 1:30 for a few minutes. Gauge read 0.17" Light rain at 8:14PM. Radar showed storm moving in from WSW with a fair amount of lightening. By 8:20PM the center of the storm cell missed just to the south. Continuous thunder. Light to moderate rain continued until 8:39PM. Gauge read 0.24" Strong thunder at 12:15AM continued for a half hour or so, with a burst of heavy rain around 12:30 AM. Did not check the gauge. More rain toward dawn according to local radar.
