Only the low-lying areas of fallow fields are mildly wet. All other grounds have dried well and are firm for tractors. All crops are well along and looking very well! All vegetation is very green and will not support combustion. All streams, ponds, and lakes in the area have returned to near-normal flow rates and pool levels.
