We are still extremely dry having received less than half an inch of precip this calendar year when we should be approaching two inches.  All our roads are dry and powdery, all our dirt stock tanks are dry, and green grass is pretty much non existent.  Field surveys show that the mesquite are even being hit hard as they are showing less than a 50% green-up rate.  Our fingers are crossed as the forecast for this week is finally showing some decent changes of rain...We'll believe it whey we see it.
