Finally, some rain worthy of writing about with over an inch received this past week.  It really provided a boost in growth the field crops and weeds!  Even the birds seem to be cheering, tho the recent day-long high winds aren't helping other than makes it feel slightly cooler.  The high temps and humidity has been challenging.
