After very cold conditions during the start and middle of last week, ending the weekend with warmer weather and above normal temps.  Still have some snow ground cover, but it is quickly melting away with the warmer temperatures.  Ground still frozen so will not see much absorption of melting snow.   Some rain chances this week and with the warmer temps and softening of frost line, hopefully some of the rain will soak in a little.  The Green and Rock Rivers still have ice but chance for ice jams are low.  Mississippi River is mostly open.
