Little change in conditions over the past week. Short term dryness has been alleviated somewhat by recent precipitation and the low sun angle, but longer term indicators such as pond and lake levels remain low. Ground is unfrozen after the first snow of the season during the week which left a coating on the ground, but that has melted as of this morning. No watering restrictions are in place but many towns are asking for voluntary conservation.
