Consistent afternoon thunderstorms with a significant rain/hail event to close out the week. The soil is still wet from the regular thunderstorms and there is standing water in a lot of construction areas and low areas that is still a result from a significant storm a couple of weeks ago. Due to the cool nights and regular rain the grass is doing well in our yard and neighboring yards and we still have not turned on the water line that goes to our outside yard irrigation. Last week alone was .97 inches of rain so we were able to get by without watering the lawn.
