Since last reported on 14 May 2023, have been on vacation from 17-28 May. Returned home to find 1.80" of precipitation in the gauge catch during my absence. Topsoil sample indicates good moisture content down to 4.0". Yard already needs a second mowing. Weeds and wildflowers have really taken off. Birds are very active, and Miller Moths are abundant. I would estimate the fire danger to be rather low looking at all the green vegetation. Maintaining a Mildly Wet condition.
