After a week with a little rain, this week turned back to more dry, normal conditions for this time of year. High temperatures were in the 70's with a high of 79° on Tuesday. Low temperatures were mostly in the 40's with one 50° morning. The low of the week was 40° on Saturday. The week started off fairly calm with some light breezes but the wind picked up to end the week. No precipitation fell. The surrounding areas are still nice and green but the ground is dry and hard. Plant life in the yard is looking good and filling out. Saw several garter snakes in the yard and pond. Swallows are also still trying to build a nest under the eaves.
