Abundant sunshine with dew in the morning every day this week.  No significant precip in more than a week.  Conditions are drying out, not as wet and mushy as before, near normal.  Trees have fully leafed out.  Iris flowers have peaked.  Grass remains green and lush.   Rivers and streams are subsiding.
