Northeast Louisiana is still in a "near normal" condition, even with  a more summer-like weather pattern settling into place, with daily high temps in the high 80's and little rainfall. In fact, only 0.01" fell at this station in the last week, and that was yesterday. Garden vegetables and flowers require regular watering to prevent wilt.
