 I wouldn't have known about the trace if my dogs hadn't come in with drops on them as the gauge was empty. All around there was noticeable rain; in fact, the west side of this tiny village had rain. There was a flooded field just west of Bongard Station; standing water at 1920 and 2345. But IL-CP-21, a trace. I WAS only joking about the rain barrier! On radar, again, it appeared we were getting a good bit of rain. Not so.
