The pattern seems to be to pour large rainfalls into each weekend this year. So another .75" total over the last couple of days plus a dusting of snow overnight. Very cold and windy today but significant standing and pooling water everywhere you look. Most still liquid as of 10am Saturday but a few patches of ice on roads from runoff. Snowfall insignificant, about 0.1".Soil is very soft, almost mushy in spite of being temp at 24F. Leaves in gutters along curbs and such impeding drainage. Area water bodies normal levels. Urban creeks normal unlike last week.
