Ground is frozen with 7.5" of snow on top. WE had new snow and rain this past week and that has slowed people down from outdoor activities but, the sun did come out several days for at least three hours each day giving us hope for an early spring. Temps have been in the thirties with the early part of the week seeing lows in the 20'sF. I saw the two small deer last night standing in the road. They seemed healthy. Not much to report this week except the RV parks are not entertaining many guests this winter due to the release of the miners and sub-contractors.
