Soil is wet and muddy on the surface after the snow has melted.  A good snow cover lasted for most of the week during the extreme cold temperatures of the past week.  The creek is low and very little runoff occurred.  We had record low temperatures this past week and an abundant snow which was needed.  Fire danger is low this week.
