We have had a precipitation report on 9 days of this month so far, enough to keep things wet and soggy.  Unable to get out to work in the yard, plant bulbs, and put away things for winter.  Seems like we went from summer right to winter without any fall.  In October I had precip. on 15 of the 31 days.  The temp has been below normal most of the time.
